Risk Assesment for Filming

  Possible Risk
Prevention
Someone gets hit by a car while shooting on/near a road.
Make shooting near roads minimal and choose a less busy time when filming.
Meg crashes the car while filming.
Make sure Megan isn’t distracted while driving, wear seatbelts throughout. Only travel short distances when filming
Shots are shaky and unprofessional looking.
Use a Steadicam or Tripod whenever possible.
Starts raining and ruins continuity when filming
Check weather and choose a day of clear weather. Make sure everyone can wear the same clothes and organize a back-up film day.
Someone has to leave unexpectedly while filming
Make sure everyone can wear the same clothes and use the backup day. Make sure I have other shots I can film so not to waste a day of filming.
Alien Invasion while shooting.
Take the Aliens to our leader, negotiate. When peace treaty forms continue with filming on a backup day.
Someone has a problem with what they are asked to do while filming
Prepare back-up scenarios of things they won’t be uncomfortable with.
